MenoPause

The MenoPause Consortium is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of perimenopausal women by conducting in-depth research on how menopause affects various aspects of their lives, including sleep, mental health, physical health, and work life. As women navigate this significant life stage, menopause can bring about a range of challenges that can impact their overall quality of life, from disrupted sleep patterns and increased risk of mental health conditions, to changes in physical health and difficulties balancing work and personal life.

Through extensive research and collaboration with stakeholders, the consortium aims to identify the adverse effects of menopause, uncovering the underlying mechanisms that contribute to these changes. By fostering partnerships across healthcare providers, researchers, and community organizations, the consortium is working to develop targeted preventive measures and therapeutic strategies that address these challenges. Our ultimate goal is to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to navigate menopause in a healthy and fulfilling way, ensuring better long-term health outcomes and enhancing their overall life satisfaction during this transitional phase.
