Welcome to the SINTER study, conducted by Erasmus MC, where we investigate the causes of skeletal fragility in individuals with risk factors, such as age, genetics, medical conditions or lifestyle factors such as poor diet or lack of exercise. By combining genetic information, physical measurements, and nutritional data, we aim to better understand the factors that affect bone strength and how to prevent fractures. Our study provides valuable insights that can help develop personalized treatment methods and preventive strategies for bone diseases like osteoporosis. Join our study and contribute to improving the health and quality of life for those at higher risk for bone-related issues.
