Welcome to the SINTER study

This study is being conducted by Erasmus MC. We are investigating the causes of bone weakness in people with risk factors such as age, hereditary factors, medical conditions, and lifestyle (for example, an unbalanced diet or little physical activity).

By combining genetic data, physical measurements, and nutritional information, we aim to better understand what influences bone strength and how bone fractures can be prevented. The knowledge gained from this study may contribute to more personalized treatments and prevention strategies for bone diseases such as osteoporosis.

By taking part, you are helping to improve the health and quality of life of people at increased risk of bone problems.
